Barry Ganek, AIA  LEED AP and GAI have been successfully providing the same high level of design and service on projects of all sizes and types for over 25 years.

Working with corporate, private developers, educational, residential, health care and private institutional clients, the GAI team continues to solve the challenges of master plans, feasibility studies, renovations, additions, adaptive reuse and new construction projects.

As LEED Accredited professionals we bring sustainable
design experience and awareness to all of our work.  Licensed
in over a dozen states, including New England and Atlantic
Coast regions, GAI is able to acquire licensure throughout
the US via our NCARB certification. 

BIM
Building   Information Modeling

With our years of planning and design experience comes the development of new tools and technology that we use in our work.  Ganek Architects, Inc. is one of the first firms of its size to embrace Building Information Modeling (BIM).  Fully compatible with AutoCAD, this technology allows us to explore design ideas in an integrated 3D modeling system.  As progressive design decisions and information are entered in full 3 dimensional form we gain a better understanding of the implications of choices at a much earlier point in design than ever before.  This allows for quick and informative multiple images, early and concise area and material takeoffs as well as better coordination between building systems, all of which translate into better cost analysis and cost savings.
